Organising Committee all set to receive participating delegation

The opening ceremony of the week-long camp will be staged on Wednesday with attendance of the representatives from the Qatar Olympic Committee, United Nations, Polish Ministry of Sport, Polish Olympic Committee, participating delegations, Olympians and VIP invitees.
The GSF delegation has completed all preparations to receive the participating delegation that will arrive at the Warsaw Airport and escort them to Spala City.
All arrangements have been made for the lecture halls and playgrounds where the camp activities will be held.
The organising committee will hold a meeting at the conferences and trainings centre to welcome the participating delegation and to explain programmes and plans of the camp which is based on fair play, teamwork, the importance of sports in the fight against drugs and crime.
Later, a meeting will be held with the heads of delegation and coaches to explain the tasks and duties of the participating teams.
The Polish Ministry of Sports has done great efforts to host the activities of the camp in coordination with other authorities inorder to make sure it facilitate the tasks of the participating delegations.
The Expert of the International Cooperation in the Polish Ministry of Sports stressed that the Ministry in cooperation with the Olympic Sport Centre has finalised all measures to accommodate the participants in accordance with the rules and system of the Olympic Centre.
The camp with also witness Olympic champions, Robert Korzeniowski of Poland, the four-time gold medalists in racewalking and Tomasz Majewski, the gold medalist of the shot putting 2008 Olympic Games.
Mr. Carl Marsh, the GSF Project coordinator supported the idea of inviting the the Olympians which will contribute and encourage in delivering the concept of the GSF towards the youth.
